I live in Canada now, and we have a similar store, Winners, some great locations also have a runway section and they have really stepped up the stock lately. Recently spotted great Valentino jackets (okay, they were still upwards of 400$, but like you said, really just a fraction of the usual cost!) If you are the type of person who likes to shop and look through racks then TJ Maxx can be great.
